To provide login, game records, and leaderboard features, this game may process the following information:
- Account information: user ID, login state, and temporary access tokens.
- Game data: gameId, score, snake length, game duration, start time, and end time.
- Device and runtime information: app version, system version, crash logs, and error logs.
2. How We Use Information
This information is used to maintain core game state, validate results, display leaderboards, troubleshoot errors, and prevent abnormal scores, duplicate submissions, and replay requests.
3. Leaderboard Data
The leaderboard is primarily sorted by Snake Length. If lengths are equal, Score is used. If both length and score are equal, the shorter Duration ranks higher. Leaderboard entries may include player name, snake length, score, and rank.
4. WebView And Temporary Sessions
The leaderboard page is opened through a WebView. If leaderboard access requires authentication, the app should use a short-lived Web Session URL instead of passing usernames, passwords, or long-lived API tokens in the URL.
5. Data Security
The app does not print passwords, tokens, or Authorization headers in release logs. The server should still validate gameId, nonce, timestamps, game duration, growth speed, and unreasonable scores because client binaries can still be reverse engineered or modified.
6. Third-Party Services
If login, leaderboard, or crash analytics services are integrated, related data may be sent to the corresponding servers. Server addresses and processing rules should follow the official backend configuration.
7. User Choices
You can clear the current in-app login state by logging out. If a real account system is added later, the app should provide a way to access, delete, or correct personal data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Snake Quest after an update means you accept the revised policy.
